Swiss Man Comes Up with Ingenious Fix for a Broken Car Heater

Pascal Prokop from a city near Zurich, Switzerland had lots of problems with the heater in his 1990 Volvo 240. So, he decided to replace it with something you probably haven't seen before, or at least in a car.

That's right, he replaced his car's heater with a fully-functional, wood-burning stove. A chimney was installed to funnel out the carbon monoxide and smoke. Even more surprising? Swiss officials approve of this modification and have even granted him a permit.
